“What kind of exercises do you do?”
I do cardio (some kickboxing, jumping jacks, imaginary jump rope, steps) and some light strength training if that’s what you want to call it (sit-ups, leg lifts, steps *I count it as both* some back exercises with a light weight *roughly 3-5lbs* and some arm exercises with said weight, standing push-ups).
“Can I have the password to your progress blog?”
I receive a lot of messages asking for my progress blog password. I will give it out, but I will not give it to everyone. I ask that you please do not complain if I do not give you the password. My reasons for doing so are my own. It’s nothing personal.
Please don’t be afraid to ask for it, even if I don’t give it to you!
“How long did it take you to lose the weight you’ve lost so far?”
I started losing weight around November, 2010. but Christmas kind of screwed it all up, so I started over in the new year. Starting January 1st, 2011.
“Are you a virgin? / How old were you when you lost your virginity?”
No. / 17, a month before I turned 18.
“How many calories do you consume in a day?”
1200-1600 depending on my activity level.
“Do you have an eating disorder?”
No.

Drink plenty of water.
Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
Exercise regularly.
Stay positive.
Eat small, healthy snacks throughout the day to curb cravings and keep your metabolism up.
Drink some more water.
Protein / dairy burns fat. Carbs burn glucose.
